Broadcast India offers various stand options for booking Free Design and Shell Scheme Space. To make a bigger stand, congregation of stands can also be booked. Please refer to the floor plan for stand sizes. |

| STAND FITTING |
An official stand contractor will be appointed to build Octonorm stands as per international norms. If you desire, you may send in your own custom design blueprint for execution and the cost will be as per design. |

The standard (3m X 3m) Shell Scheme Package includes:
- 3 white laminated panels (2 white panels for corner stand)

- 2 folding chairs
- 3 100w spotlights
- 1 power point of 5/15 Amp.
- 1 waste paper basket

| FREE DESIGN-SITE |
- Raw space will be allotted. Exhibitors will have to appoint a stand contractor to design and construct their stand.
- Maximum height permitted for a Free Design Site is 2.5 metres (8ft). Exhibitors who want to build a higher structure must notify the organiser so that the allocation of space can be given accordingly.
- An extra 25% will be charged for mezzanine floor.

| On receipt of your space reservation form we will issue you an invoice for total rent cost of the space applied for. |

- 25% is required to confirm your booking.
- 50% payment to be paid by 31st May, 2008.
- 25% payment to be paid by 31st August, 2008.
