We are keen that you register your presence at Broadcast India 2007, the premier event of the Indian infotainment industry, and would like to assist you with the necessary travel formalities.

The Government of India requires residents of most countries to obtain a visa before entry into India. This can sometimes be a lengthy process so we advise you to apply well in advance. The information and links below have been provided to make the process easier for you.
  • Please log onto the Indian Government’s Official website: www.passport.nic.in.
  • Get a letter from Broadcast India from this website.
  • Check your passport for its expiry date.
  • Apply for your visa well in time.
  • Register for Broadcast India 2007 AFTER obtaining your visa.

Requesting a letter from Broadcast India for your Visa Application.

Broadcast India has designed a specially formatted online request form for your convenience. Please fill it in and submit at your earliest so that the Visa Application process can begin.

Please Note:

  • We will not be able to process any request for letters after 16 th September, 2007.
  • The original copy of your letter from Broadcast India will be sent via standard mail – so please allow enough time for delivery. If, however you wish to have the same couriered to you, we can do so provided courier charges are borne by you.
  • Complete one request for each person requiring a visa.
  • Submit each request only once.
  • Your e-mail address is REQUIRED.
  • If you want your letter mailed to an address other than the one provided on the form, please include that address in the box for ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (last box on the form)
  • A copy of the letter will be emailed to you on your request.
