COMPANY PROFILE OF SAICOM BOX OFFICE

Saicom Box Office is part of the Saicom Group of Companies, it has been exclusively created for the production of Special Visual Effects based teleserials, 3D animation feature films for the international market as well as Visual Effects based feature films for the Indian market.

Saicom Group of Companies will be going public with its issue in the next quarter and is headed by its Chairman and Managing Director, Ramesh Meer who has been involved with the television and film industry since three and half decades as a Producer, Director and Creator of Special Visual Effects.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES

Saicom Box Office has commenced the production of a teleserial titled "Bhoot, Bhootni Aur Bholenath." Two episodes of the same have been already canned.

The above serial is India's very first serial based on Digital Visual Effects and 3D performance animation. Four 3D animated humanoids act and interact with live actors in this comedy serial. The main protagonist of the serial playing the role of Bholenath is none other than the award winning and internationally acclaimed Indian actor, Raghvir Yadav.

Saicom Box Office is also involved with the production of a 90 minute 3D animated feature film in English language. The script and pre-production work including the production designing of the same will be completed by the first quarter of year 2000.

The production of this 3D animation film full of Special Visual Effects will commence from the second quarter of 2000. This film is being made for the international market and will have voices of famous American film and television stars. This film is being produced on 35mm wide screen format through a totally digital process on high resolution and powerful computer graphics workstations.

The film is slated for Christmas 2001 release worldwide.

IMMEDIATE FUTURE PLANS

Saicom Box Office proposes to launch three more Special Effects based television serials with original masters in Hindi language within the year 2000 itself.

Saicom Box Office plans to establish itself as India's foremost and leading company involved with the production of "Digital Visual Effects" based entertainment software for television and cinema.
